Job description

Together with your colleagues, you’ll respond to opportunities or search for answers to solve problems within the service sector. You will be confronted with our clients’ transformation projects and will support the management in realizing its strategy and objectives. You will collaborate on transformation projects from various perspectives, as a project leader, coach or advisor. Solutions are surveyed and presented in a creative manner.

Profile

A master degree in psychology, economics or social sciences, preferably complemented with a relevant post-degree and/or several years of experience. A good starting point would be an interest in what makes people and companies successful. An interesting, open personality combined with high professional standards and willingness to grow personally is a must. Knowledge of or experience with drastic change processes is an added bonus.
