Kite, founded in 2006 by Danny Lievens and Jürgen Tanghe, is best described as a prime change and innovation agency. Kite aims to be a solid and creative partner in designing services, and implementing change.

The Kite team has been carefully built up with people from diverse backgrounds; with a strong thrive for result-based consultancy. We consider Kite to be a “work in progress”. We are constantly developping, improving and keeping up-to-date with new approaches, methods and tools to better help our customers realize their transformations towards excelling service design and service delivery. Kite aims to provide insight, inspire people with new alternatives and ideas and to give guidance in decision-making and behavior change.

Over the years, Kite has become a leading expert in service design, service innovation and service improvement. Since 2006, Kite has been growing in terms of people, projects and expertise. Kite has been involved in an extensive amount of projects, in a variety of industries. Size does not matter to Kite, and we are involved in projects on both large and small scale. Result does matter to Kite.
